Our Favourite Hunter Valley Restaurants

The Hunter Valley is famous for its exceptional dining experiences and is home to some of the best restaurants in Australia. From casual eats to fine dining, there is a restaurant to suit all taste buds. With so many highly rated restaurants to choose from, it can be hard to decide where to go - especially when you are only in the area for a short time.

We’re so fortunate to be able to dine in the Hunter on a regular basis. Below is just a sample of some of our favourites.

Best Breakfast

Restaurant Cuvee

A popular favourite with wedding guests the morning after and famous for their post-ballon ride champagne breakfasts.

Fine Dining

Muse Restaurant

The winner of two chefs hats, Muse presents constantly changing seasonal menus with a consistent culinary approach: technique, restraint and respect.

Robert Molines is widely considered the godfather of Hunter Valley dining. He and his wife, Sally, arrived in the Hunter in the early days of the valley’s wine industry and paved the way for the regions love affair with food.
