Payment Method

After you submit your Round table Membership Application Form Ivanhoe Wines will be in contact within 2 business days to confirm your membership details & collect payment over the phone via credit card. 

Cards accepted are Visa, Mastercard, Amex.


As a member of the Round Table I understand and accept that I will receive a 6 bottle or 12 bottle (as chosen above) tasting pack every three (3) months - March, June, September & December.

I commit to receiving a total of four (4) tasting packs for no less than twelve (12) months. At the end of this period of time, I will continue to receive the packs unless I notify Ivanhoe Wines in writing of my decision to cease membership of the Round Table.

I understand and accept that price rises may occur and that I will be informed in writing before any increase.

I understand and accept that all changes to my membership including address, phone, email and cancellation or suspension of membership must be made in writing by email, fax or post. In return I will receive written conrmation to changes from Ivanhoe Wines.

Should I move or change the delivery address for wines without informing Ivanhoe Wines I am aware and accept that I may be subject to additional freight charges to forward wine on to the new address.

I am assured that any information I have given to Ivanhoe Wines will be kept condential and used for Round Table purposes only.
